Glenn C. Lingle has been appointed president and chief operating officer of Paramount Petroleum Corp., a 46,500-barrel-per-day refinery in Paramount. Lingle, a member of the investor group that acquired Paramount in December, 1988, had been executive vice president-refining operations.
