Commercial Scene : San Bernardino Site Sold to Upland-Based Investor

Upland-based investor Reed Phelps has paid $2.15 million to Hunt Investments for a 60-unit apartment complex at 1471 E. Eureka St. in San Bernardino.

The Newport Beach-based brokerage of Sperry Van Ness represented the seller and Inland Valley Investments of Upland represented Phelps.
