Commercial Scene : Calabasas Center Expected to Be Completed by 1990

The 352,000-square-foot Calabasas Commerce Center is under way at Las Virgenes Road and the Ventura Freeway, with completion planned in June, 1990.

The Elliott Corp. of Newport Beach is building the eight-building, mixed-use project of Ahmanson Commercial Development Co. The Times has learned that the center is valued at about $20 million.
