Commercial Scene : 24-Unit North Hollywood Apartment Complex Sells
The 24-unit apartment complex at 11225 Huston St., North Hollywood, has been sold by Jane Kosciniak of West Hills for $2.1 million.
Roger Manlin of Los Angeles bought the 20,635-square-foot building through The Hanes Co.
