Teen’s Parents Offer Reward in His Killing
The parents of a murdered teen-ager offered a $10,000 reward Monday for information leading to the arrest and conviction of their son’s killer or killers.
Tom Seong Chong, 19, was gunned down Jan. 21 inside his parents’ Pioneer Jr. Liquor Market on Pioneer Boulevard in Norwalk, sheriff’s deputies said. Paramedics found Chong dead after an apparent holdup attempt.
