A barrage of rockets hit a hospital, a crowded bus stop and an auto repair shop in the Afghan capital of Kabul, killing 21 people and injuring at least 22, the government and hospital sources said. The casualties raised to at least 200 the number of people killed in rocket attacks on the capital this month. Meanwhile, in Sweden, U.S. and Soviet delegations began two days of talks on Afghanistan. It was the first superpower meeting on the Afghan war since the last Soviet troops left the country Feb. 15.
