Scientific Lab Leased in Torrey Pines Business Park

Gemini Science Inc. has signed a 10-year, $6.5-million lease for a 26,383-square-foot scientific laboratory in the Nexus Centre/Torrey Pines Business Park, 11149 N. Torrey Pines Road, La Jolla.

John Burnham & Co. represented both Gemini and the owner of the park, a joint-venture of Nexus Centre/Torrey Pines of San Diego.
