Kearney Mesa Site Sold to Trust for $6.9 Million

The Charles Hostler Trust has purchased a 76,000-square-foot industrial/office building in Kearney Mesa for $6.9 million.
The sale of the fully leased, one-story building at 9650 Chesapeake Drive was handled by Grubb & Ellis, San Diego office, for the buyer. The seller, Southwest Enterprises, was represented by Sanders Real Estate.
