Developed by Randall Properties of Redlands, NSB Associates of Los Angeles and KMK Real Corp., Marina del Rey, Loma Linda Village has single-family houses with three one- and two-story plans ranging from 1,117 to 1,578 square feet. Each plan is available in three elevations. Other features include ceramic-tile entries, wood-burning fireplaces, concrete-tile roofs and landscaped front yards. Three models are open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 25151 Coulston St., reached from the Tippecanoe Avenue exit of the San Bernardino (10) Freeway.
