Ex-Tunisia Chief Recovers

TUNIS, Tunisia —
Former Tunisian President Habib Bourguiba was discharged from a local hospital Tuesday, almost a month after a prostate gland operation. Bourguiba, 86, ruled Tunisia for 31 years until being ousted in 1987.
