Timothy W. Hannemann will succeed Edwin A. Goldberg as vice president and general manager of TRW’s Electronic Systems Group, Redondo Beach. Hannemann will assume his new duties Oct. 1, and Goldberg will retire early next year. Hannemann is vice president and assistant general manager of the group.
