Drazen Petrovic’s move to Portland was cleared when the Trail Blazers of the National Basketball Assn. reached an oral agreement to pay Real Madrid of Spain $1.15 million for rights to the Yugoslav guard.

The deal stipulates that Portland will play two exhibition games in Spain, according to Jordi Bertomeu, general counsel for the Spanish Assn. of Basketball Clubs.
