Anaheim : Man, 30, Shot to Death; Younger Brother Held
An Anaheim man was arrested on suspicion of murder and held without bail at the Anaheim city jail Tuesday in connection with the shooting death of his older brother, police said.
Glenn Alan Hobson, 27, was arrested Monday night after officers arrived at the brothers’ home in the 3100 block of West Tyler Avenue after receiving reports of gunfire. There, they found that Garland C. Hobson, 30, had been shot in the chest, Police Sgt. B. Bradley said.
The elder Hobson was taken to UCI Medical Center in Orange, where he died, police said.
The brothers both lived at the home, Bradley said.
Police are still trying to determine a motive. “Probably something domestic,” Bradley said. “We’re still trying to figure this out.”
