Charles Schreiber has been named senior vice president of acquisitions for the Koll Co. He will be responsible for the acquisition of commercial properties throughout the United States. Previously, Schreiber was president of Rancon Real Estate Corp., where he oversaw the operations and management of seven brokerage offices. Before that, he was president of Pacific Development Co. The Koll Co., based in Newport Beach, is a real estate investment firm specializing in the development, acquisition, management and construction of commercial properties.
