James P. Alexis has been appointed president and chief executive of Pandick Inc. Boris S. Berkovitch, formerly vice chairman of Morgan Guaranty Trust Co., has been named chairman of Pandick, a financial printing company based in New York. Alexis was named chairman and chief executive of Chas. P. Young in June, 1987, and left the company in February, 1988. Most recently he was a consultant with Saugatuck Capital Co. of Stamford, Conn.
