2 Arrested After Seizure of Drugs
San Diego police arrested two people Thursday in connection with the discovery of a half pound of methamphetamine at a Clairemont residence, police said.
Annmarie E. Francel, a 31-year-old interior designer, was arrested on suspicion of possessing for sale and being under the influence of methamphetamine. Gordon Appleton, a construction worker from the Rancho Penasquitos area, also was arrested at that address on suspicion of possessing and being under the influence, police said.
