12 More Cubans Rescued by Coast Guard, Private Boat

MIAMI —
The U.S. Coast Guard rescued eight Cubans from a rowboat Saturday, and four others were retrieved from a raft by a pleasure boat, bringing to at least 36 the number of Cubans rescued this month, authorities said. The men were turned over to immigration officials.
