Debt Restructured by Medical Software Firm

Creative Computer Applications, a Calabasas manufacturer of computer software for medical laboratories, said it completed an agreement with Union Bank to re-structure a $529,000 note. The note, originally due in August, 1988, will be paid over three years, the company said.
