Tampa Bay Buccaneers owner Hugh Culverhouse is considering bids that could move the National Football League franchise to Sacramento, according to a published report.

The Buccaneers have been offered $50 million to move, the St. Petersburg Times reported.

The proposed deal--made by city and county officials and the Sacramento Sports Assn., a private group of developers--is similar to offers made to at least six other NFL franchises, including the Raiders.
