AMR Eagle to Acquire Executive Air: AMR Eagle Inc., the regional airline partner of American Airlines, has agreed to acquire Executive Air Holdings Inc., which operates American Eagle service in the Caribbean. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Executive Air, with a fleet of 15 planes, provides service between the San Juan, Puerto Rico, hub and other Caribbean destinations. It operates 125 daily departures from 17 Caribbean destinations.
