San Francisco-based PLM International Inc., an equipment-leasing company, announced the appointment of Gerry Tanner as president of PLM Properties Ltd., a newly formed subsidiary.

Tanner joins PLMI with more than 14 years of experience in finance and leasing. His most recent position was president of TXL Holding Co., a private investment banking firm headquartered in San Francisco.
