In the process of preparing a segment on the homeless, CBS’ “60 Minutes” followed Martin Sheen to Skid Row this week where the actor visited Chrysalis, a nonprofit homeless assistance agency that is one of his favorite causes. On Oct. 14, Sheen and his family will be participating in the third annual “Run for the Homeless,” which features a Skid Row division of homeless runners and benefits Chrysalis.
