L.A. River Freeway

I don’t know how to reach Richard Katz but I would like to voice my encouragement just the same. The massive traffic problems of the Los Angeles Basin will likely require many fixes as our freeway system becomes antiquated. Any added corridors would surely be welcome, even if limited in their capacity. Truckers especially would welcome the relief from the commuter snarl, increasing the efficiency of business, too.
