Fountain Valley : Man With Revolver Robs Drugstore, Flees
A Fountain Valley drugstore was robbed by a man brandishing a revolver, authorities said Tuesday.
Police Sgt. Larry Griswold said the suspect entered the Thrifty Drug & Discount Store in the 8900 block of Warner Avenue at about 9 p.m. Monday, pulled the revolver from his jacket and stole an undisclosed amount of cash from the register.
Griswold said the suspect, described as a white male, about 30, 5 feet, 11 inches and 180 pounds, with shoulder-length brown hair, was last seen walking westbound on Warner Avenue in the direction of Magnolia Street.
