Commercial Scene : Santa Ana Developer to Build Yerba Buena Tower

Griffin/Related Properties of Santa Ana has been selected from a field of 15 developers to build a $150-million office tower within the Yerba Buena Center district in downtown San Francisco.

The 28-story structure will be located at 3rd and Mission streets, directly opposite the new second phase of the Moscone Convention Center. The 5-acre Yerba Buena Gardens is to be built on top.
