Woman’s Beaten Body Found in Inglewood Park

The nude and severely beaten body of an unidentified woman about 25 years old was found beside a park picnic table Monday morning by a city employee in Inglewood, police reported.
The Los Angeles County coroner’s office said the cause of death had not been determined, but police said the woman may have been strangled.
Clothing, including a sweater and undergarments, were found near the body. Officers said the employee found the body about 7 a.m. in Centinela Park.
