Chip Banks, 30, former Cleveland Browns’ and San Diego Chargers linebacker who pleaded guilty to cocaine possession, was ordered by a judge in Atlanta to contribute 10% of his net income for the next three years and 5% for the following two years to drug-treatment programs.
