Southern California Christian 18, Village Christian 14--Josh Carlson scored on runs of three and two yards as Southern California Christian (3-2) rallied for a nonleague win at Kennedy High.

Carlson scored the winning touchdown with 2:42 remaining on a two-yard run that capped a 15-play, 70-yard drive.

Village Christian took the lead, 14-10, with 1:42 remaining in the third quarter after an 11-yard touchdown burst by tailback Chad Everett (111 yards in 17 carries).

Rick Nichols scored from three yards with 9:17 left in the first half to give Village Christian (3-2) a 7-0 lead.
