John W. Klug, chairman of American Pacesetter, cut his stake in Newport Beach subsidiary Pacesetter Homes Inc. from 41.8% to 40.5%, or 625,099 shares, the company told the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Klug also donated 20,000 shares to the USC, according to an SEC filing.
