Reseda 50, Poly 26--Tailback Joey Tushnet scored five touchdowns and rushed for a game-high 220 yards in 18 carries to lead the Regents at home. Tushnet scored on runs of 15, 65, 36, 10 and 13 yards.

Reseda (4-1-1, 3-1) held a three-point lead midway through the second quarter before Tushnet scored three consecutive touchdowns to put the game away. Tushnet, a 5-foot-7, 150-pound senior, dragged three defenders into the end zone on his third score of the quarter to put Reseda ahead, 35-12.

Last week, Tushnet rushed for 200 yards in 27 carries in Reseda’s 20-6 victory over Sylmar.
