Laguna Beach Spa Hotel Added by Coast Chain

Jett Mora--owner of Orange County’s Dana Point Inn and Santa Monica’s Sovereign Hotel--recently added the 66-room Laguna Beach Spa Hotel to his portfolio for $7.7 million. The Los Angeles investor reports that he is looking for more California coast hotels to add to the collection.
