Four San Diego State players scored goals Sunday night to beat Chapman College, 4-1, in a nonconference men’s soccer match Sunday night in Aztec Bowl.

Andy Morrone, Eric Wynalda, Marcelo Balboa and Greg Cipolla scored for the 14th-ranked Aztecs (13-4-2).

Balboa and Wynalda will miss the team’s final two regular season games--Wednesday at Cal State Northridge and Sunday at home at 2 p.m. against UC Santa Barbara--because of U.S. national team commitments. They are two of the three college players on the national team but are expected to return if SDSU is selected for the NCAA playoffs.
