Three D Departments, Inc.: Completing the transition from a leased department operation to a specialty store business contributed to a 22% decline in net income for the fiscal year ended July 29, the Costa Mesa-based company said. Net income fell to $559,664 from $719,405 for the previous fiscal year. Revenue rose 9%, to $38.4 million from $35.2 million. For the fourth quarter, the company lost $80,321, contrasted with net income of $80,135 for the year-earlier quarter. Revenue decreased 6%, to $8.7 million from $9.3 million.
