Placentia Deal: A-M Homes’ Southern California division bought 58 acres in Placentia for more than $10 million.
A-M said it will build 220 houses and condominiums bordering the Alta Vista golf course.
Selling was Chapman-Wickett Co. A-M, based in Santa Barbara, runs an investment property business and a mortgage banking business, in addition to building homes.
