California IN BRIEF : OAKLAND : Police Seek Motive in Lawyer’s Slaying
Police are asking the public for help in their investigation of the slaying of a prominent lawyer who spent much of his time protecting the rights of criminal defendants. Investigators are searching for a motive for the attack on Eric Henrikson, 41, who was bludgeoned to death outside his law office Monday. Officers are looking into the possibility that the slaying was linked to a case Henrikson handled or stemmed from an aborted robbery.
