RELIEF: Orange County restaurants, which chipped in more than $11,000 for Northern California earthquake relief (F3), weren’t the only source of private aid to victims of the disaster. . . . The local Red Cross says $1,356,575 has been raised so far--the largest outpouring in its history. Of about 11,000 contributors, just 200 were businesses, but they gave 70% of the money. . . . The largest check so far: $500,000 from Hyundai Motor America in Garden Grove.
