Formerly called Honer Plaza, this 30-year-old shopping center is currently undergoing a renovation. Phase one of the project includes the construction of a 104,000-square-foot Home Club, scheduled to open in spring 1990. Under the overall plan for Bristol Marketplace, each of the existing major tenants--Ralphs, Montgomery Ward, Sav-On and Newberry’s--will be remodeled. There will also be a 25,000-square-foot area for specialty restaurants.
