Philadelphia Exchange Extends Hours: The Philadelphia Stock Exchange plans to extend its trading day in foreign currency options by 6 1/2 hours to coincide with trading in Far East and Pacific countries. The exchange will remain open for foreign currency options from 10 p.m., its current close of evening trading, until 4:30 a.m., when it now begins its morning session. The new hours will begin in early 1990.
