Arthur B. Sims was named president and chief executive of Quadratron Systems, a Westlake Village computer software firm. Sims replaced Karl K. Klessig, Quadratron’s founder, who continues to advise the company and remains on the board of directors. Sims previously was president and chief executive of CPT Corp., a Minneapolis, Minn.-based word processing company.
