Gish Biomedical Inc.: The Santa Ana-based medical device manufacturer posted gains in both net income and sales for the first fiscal 1990 quarter ended Sept. 30. Net income rose 29%, to $246,738 from $191,911 for the first quarter of fiscal 1989. Sales increased 20%, to $3.9 million from $3.2 million.
