From Times Staff and Wire Reports

A Fresno Municipal Court judge cleared the way for felony charges to be refiled against attorney Paul Mosesian for allegedly shooting at two teen-age girls who sat in a car in front of his home. Judge Eric Algesen dismissed a misdemeanor charge against the attorney to allow the Fresno County district attorney’s office to refile the charge as a felony. Municipal Judge Carl Evans reduced the felony charge to a misdemeanor earlier this year. Mosesian told authorities that he thought the people in the car were burglars who had broken into his house the week before.
