TESTING: The Princeton Review says the SATs are poor measures of aptitude (B6), but the number of local students buying its pretest coaching service has jumped from 19 to 1,200 in the last four years, according to the Review’s Orange County office. . . . The service costs $575, but the Review has offered to give the test free. . . . So far, a dozen schools have accepted.
