Rancho Mirage Homes

San Marino in Rancho Mirage is celebrating its grand opening this weekend.

Nine of 66 detached, single-family homes are offered for sale at prices ranging from $275,000 to $325,000.

The homes, built by Pilgrim Development, feature two or three bedrooms and two or three baths and will be available for move-in the end of December.

The site features two lighted tennis courts, a pool, spa and cabanas. The monthly homeowners fee is $170.

The sales office is at 70-825 Gerald Ford Drive, Rancho Mirage. It’s open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

To reach the project, take Interstate 10 (the San Bernardino Freeway) to the Bob Hope Drive exit.
