Penalty: $500
Violation: Failure to maintain an air quality episode radio. (die casting firm)
Company: Specialty Packaging Co., Inc. 11521 Anabel St. Garden Grove
Penalty: $450
Violation: Failure to maintain usage logs on open-air spray equipment. (packaging firm)
Company: Yorba Linda Country Club 19400 Mountain View Ave. Yorba Linda
Penalty: $400
Violation: Failure to obtain permits to construct and operate gasoline dispensing equipment. (golf course)
Company: Shuwa Investments Corp. 19000 MacArthur Blvd., Irvine
Penalty: $400
Violation: Failure to obtain a permit to construct an engine in the 5200 block of Bristol Street in Costa Mesa. (investment firm)
