Phil and Steve Mahre made history of sorts when they raced against each other in the finals of a slalom at Waterville Valley, N.H. It was the first time the twins have met in the finals of a pro skiing tour event. Phil won, overcoming Steve’s .57 second advantage from the first run to finish .151 ahead in the second run.
