Westair Makes Deal for East Coast Routes: Fresno-based Westair said it has entered a marketing agreement with United Airlines to offer service between six East Coast cities and Dulles International Airport in Washington. The company, said it is deploying a start-up team for duty in the East, where it expects to eventually employ 500. Westair, which operates under the name United Express, said it could serve 15 Eastern cities by mid-1990.
