Two $145,000 Winners in Ohio Trifecta

NORTH RANDALL, Ohio —
Two bettors correctly picked the top three finishers in the fifth and seventh races at Thistledown on Monday, winning $145,421.60 each in a track record Twin Trifecta payout.
The winning combinations were 9-8-11 in the fifth race and 3-1-8 in the seventh race on the closing day of the 50-day Cranwood meeting.
The crowd of 6,682 bet $1,294,983, a closing day record.
