Investors Buy Winkler Cutlery: Green Capital Investors of Atlanta said it acquired controlling interest in Winkler/Flexible Products, which produces plastic cutlery and drinking straws to the food-service industry at plants in Los Angeles, Houston, Chicago and Jacksonville, Fla. Green Capital valued the transaction at “more than $75 million.”
