Gas Prices Continue Downward Trend: The average retail price for a gallon of gasoline was $1.0641, down 0.66 cent from Dec. 1, said Trilby Lundberg, head of the Lundberg Survey, which makes a twice-monthly check of pump prices nationwide. She said the average price has fallen more than 12 cents since mid-May.
