Sophia Loren is scheduled to present the entertainer of the decade award to Michael Jackson on Jan. 27 at the seventh annual American Cinema Awards in Beverly Hills. Elizabeth Taylor and Gregory Peck, Loren’s co-stars in “Arabesque,” also will be honored. . . . All six of Barry Manilow’s shows in Britain from Jan. 30 through Feb. 26 have sold out. . . . Second City, the Chicago comedy troupe that spawned John and Jim Belushi, Alan Arkin, Joan Rivers, Bill Murray and Shelly Long, celebrated its 30th anniversary Sunday night. Tim Kazurinsky, a Second City graduate who went on to star in “Saturday Night Live” and the “Police Academy” movies, was among those returning for the party.
